If you are in the right place at the right time, minding your own business without bordering any body, and along comes a pusher, that pushes you away from your place, just because he can, I think one should turn around and decapitate the pusher, throw his body in a death some where and keep the head, bring it back home, toss it in the fire place until the only thing left is the skull, make a big glass out of it from where you can drink every day and toast to freedom.
